Job Description Unpaid Strategy Internship (Remote) Noodiyos India's first AI-powered noodles QSR brand About Noodiyos Noodiyos is India's first AI-driven noodles QSR brand, born in a small village in Bihar. We combine technology, taste, and emotional intelligence to show how rural India can build world-class food-tech innovation. We designed MoodChef AI, an emotion-based food recommender, and introduced AI-driven customer systems in a region with zero prior online food delivery infrastructure. Right now, we are in the pre-scale phase: building brand systems, menu innovation, supply chains, and our strategy for upcoming outlet launches. The Opportunity This internship is for someone who wants to build a startup from the inside before operations even start. You'll work directly with the founder on strategy, systems, and pre-opening planning for upcoming Noodiyos outlets. You'll work on real problems that decide how the company scales. What You'll Do Since we currently have no active outlet, your work will be strategic, analytical, and planning-heavy: - Track emerging trends in global QSR, ready-to-cook, and AI-enabled food retail. Benchmark leading food chains (e.g., Wow Momo, Biryani Blues, EatSure, Chipotle Digital Kitchen) to identify innovation gaps. Analyze pricing strategies, consumer patterns, and new product launches across APAC and Western markets. - Food Innovation & Research Participate in weekly group discussions to identify operational bottlenecks, customer experience issues, and inefficiencies across the company. Break down problems into root causes using structured frameworks Propose actionable, data-backed solutions rather than vague ideas. - Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Marketing, and Tech teams to help execute solutions and track results. Maintain a transparent issue log and ensure every problem identified is followed with measurable progress. Internal Strategic Documentation - Convert research into structured strategy memos for leadership decision-making. - Maintain a Notion-based knowledge base of insights, competitor data, product trials, and meeting notes. Deliver weekly strategy reports outlining findings, implications, and recommended next steps. Process Mapping & Efficiency Audits - Conduct regular audits of internal workflows. Map current processes using flowcharts or SOP frameworks to identify hidden delays, redundancies, or resource leaks. Benchmark each process against industry best practices and propose optimized versions with clear time, cost, and efficiency gains. Document all findings in a centralized system for leadership review.
