Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO) Required Experience: 4+ years The goal for the developer is - The application response team is NOT a 1st line helpdesk; its mission is to solve highly complex issues for customers in an ever-changing environment. You will be the last line of defense between customers and chaos. The developer we are looking for has the following characteristics: - Software developer with an eye to improving the system while remaining pragmatic - Problem solving skills: You can identify problems, analyze them, make them disappear. You are autonomous and detail oriented. - 3+ years of experience on the job or side projects - Strong collaboration skills to provide quick and accurate feedback to customers. - Able to shift gears in a rapidly changing environment: agility is key.
