Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. - Ensure smooth B2C order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers. - Maintain accurate inventory records and implement stock control measures. - Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. - Supervise and train warehouse staff to achieve operational targets. - Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular reports for management. Candidate Profile - 813 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or B2C environment. - Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and logistics. - Ability to lead and motivate a large team in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with warehouse management systems and B2C order processing.
