Full Stack Trainer

Job Description Raipur, Bhillai, Kabirdham 7.20 LPA to 9.84 LPA About The Position We are looking for a dynamic Full Stack Development Trainer to lead FutureTech training programs across partner institutions and project locations. The trainer will be responsible for content development, training delivery, learner engagement, monitoring & reporting, and stakeholder coordination to ensure successful implementation of employability-linked tech programs. The role includes content creation for LMS, classroom/virtual training, college sessions, project documentation, and travel for on-ground support. Responsibilities - Training Delivery - Deliver structured training on - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB/MySQL, Git/GitHub, REST APIs, and deployment basics. - Conduct hands-on coding labs, assignments, and capstone project guidance. - Facilitate interactive sessions across colleges/institutions and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner groups. - Record high-quality video lessons for LMS platforms. - Curriculum & Content Development - Develop and customize training modules based on learner profiles and industry needs. - Prepare coding challenges, quizzes, practice worksheets, and project rubrics. - Ensure alignment of all content with program goals and industry standards. - Maintain version-controlled content repositories for LMS. - Learner Engagement, Assessment & Support - Conduct periodic learner assessments, weekly tests, mock interviews, and project reviews. - Track learner progress, maintain detailed performance data, and create dashboards. - Provide remedial sessions and individual learner mentoring when needed. - Ensure sustained engagement and batch discipline. - Placement Readiness & Industry Exposure - Train students in GitHub portfolio building, resume writing, interview preparation, and coding test readiness. - Organize industry interactions, hackathons, demo days, and expert sessions. - Map learner strengths to suitable job roles such as junior full-stack developer, web developer, QA, internship roles, etc. - Coordination, Collaboration & Reporting - Coordinate with college partners, internal project teams, implementation partners, and the CSRBOX/BharatCares/Lenovo teams. - Maintain training documentation, attendance, daily session logs, and evidence of delivery. - Contribute to periodic monitoring reports, audits, and program reviews. - On-Ground Support & Travel - Travel to project states/centres for: - Program facilitation - Quality checkpoint visits - Partner engagement - Capacity-building workshops - Support institutional readiness and help build long-term program sustainability. - Quality Compliance - Ensure training is delivered as per BharatCares and Lenovo CSR quality benchmarks. - Follow structured lesson plans, feedback cycles, and completion rate expectations. - Support the team in meeting batch completion and minimum 20% placement outcomes. Mandatory Qualification And Experience Educational - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MCA, or related fields. - Preferred: Certifications in Full Stack Development (MERN/MEAN) or equivalent. Experience - 24 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development or technical training. - Experience with at least one modern frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue). - Experience teaching or mentoring students (preferred for CSR/skill development projects). Technical Skills Required - Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React/Angular - Backend: Node.js, Express.js - Databases: MongoDB or MySQL - Tools: Git, GitHub - Others: APIs, JSON, REST, basic deployment (Netlify, Vercel, Render, etc.) Soft Skills - Excellent communication and classroom facilitation. - Ability to manage learners from diverse and underserved backgrounds. - Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and a learner-first approach. - Ability to handle multitasking, reporting, and coordination effectively.
