Role Description:

- Responsible for processing sales orders, resolving discrepancies, and driving improvements in order management processes.
- Collaborate with the sales team and manage customer orders while maintaining smooth communication across departments.
- Monitor vendor performance, evaluate orders, and provide necessary approvals
- Review and recommend credit parameters by analyzing various financial data sources, including ratio and balance sheet analysis, to determine credit limits and risk categories.
- Provide customer service support by addressing credit-related inquiries and act as a liaison between sales, customer service, and internal teams.

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Finance
