Located in Pashamylaram, Hyderabad, BHSEL operates with a workforce of 51-200 employees, delivering high-precision systems to ensure effective target neutralization. Job Overview We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This full-time position requires a candidate with strong experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and understanding of agile methodologies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. Qualifications And Skills - Graduation in Mechanical background - Prior experience in any Defense & Aerospace and engineering Company(Manufacturing) is an Added Advantage - Proven expertise in project management, with a demonstrated history of managing complex projects effectively. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and collaborating with diverse groups. - Strong understanding and implementation of agile methodologies to drive project success in dynamic environments. - Proficiency in Scrum, with the ability to guide teams in delivering high-quality results in iterative cycles. - Skilled in resource allocation and optimization, ensuring efficient deployment of resources for project milestones. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to foresee challenges and address them proactively. - Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction at all organizational levels. - Adapt at risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies timely. Roles And Responsibilities - Developing daily, monthly production plan as per scheduled targets - Establishing new facilities for Assembly, testing activities - Planning, Coordinating & executing training programs for skill upgradation of project team - Should have Knowledge on As9100D Standards & MIL Standards - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. - Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with organizational objectives. - Lead cross-functional teams (Design, Production, QA, SCM, Testing, Documentation). - Allocate manpower, machines, and material resources efficiently. - Mentor engineers and ensure knowledge transfer on defense standards. - Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets in line with defense procurement norms (L1, cost-plus, fixed price contracts). - Track and control project costs, variances, and cash flow. - Maintain comprehensive documentation: - Project execution plan - Technical documentation (drawings, manuals, test reports) - Configuration control and change management - Work with R&D for new defense/aerospace product development. - Oversee technology transfer agreements and ToT compliance.
