Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support decision-making through accurate reporting. You will work closely with leadership and operations teams to streamline financial processes and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).
- Handle vendor payments, client billing, and follow-ups for receivables.
- Work with external auditors, tax advisors, and banks as required.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Implement and improve internal controls and accounting processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/Inter CA preferred).
- 25 years of relevant accounting/finance experience (event management/agency background a plus).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks/MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
