What Youll Bring:
Experience
- 4-6 years of crafting impactful, attention-grabbing copyfrom viral social media posts to pitch-winning campaigns.
- Strong experience in digital agencies, with a proven track record working on major brands.
- Comfortable with tight deadlines and last-minute changes, with a knack for turning a single brief into multiple compelling creative routes.
Skills & Expertise
- Ability to create clear, crisp concepts and write concise, clever taglines.
- Solid experience in building consistent and clever campaigns that align with brand strategy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- A deep understanding of US English, fluent in Hinglish, and the ability to adapt tone to sound like both a brand strategist and a stand-up comic.
- Extensive experience in digital, social, copy, and performance marketing.

- You lead with ideas, shape creative concepts, and advocate for the right line.
- You provide constructive feedback that elevates the work and accept it gracefully when it comes your way.

Education & Credentials
- A degree in Mass Media, Advertising, Communications, Psychology, English, or a related field.
- Additional qualifications in Strategy, SEO, Content, or Digital Marketing Even better
