Role Description We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Manufacturing to lead and oversee all manufacturing operations at our facility in Gautam Buddha Nagar. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves managing production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards, optimizing supply chain practices, and enhancing operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead production planning, and ensure the smooth functioning of manufacturing operations to meet company objectives and client needs. Qualifications Strong skills in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations. Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations Management and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Experience in Supply Chain Management and optimizing operational workflows. Proven leadership and team management capabilities in manufacturing settings. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Prior experience in industrial equipment manufacturing and export industries is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. should have experience in production in heavy metal industry
