Our purpose, team, and company culture are amazing and our Great Place to Work certification in India says it all What You'll Do Do you have a passion for combining business strategies with technology to ensure efficient process and flow As Manager of Network Engineering, you will drive the efforts that would align technology and business strategy, leverage technology investments, and optimize end to end business processes associated with technology. Through these efforts, you will also be responsible for managing a highly specialized team responsible for owning a global network that directly impacts revenue. In addition, you'll be developing and cultivating relationships with IT architects and managers to determine current and future enterprise network, data center needs and service offerings, ensuring that the organizations needs are met. You'll report to the Executive Director, IT Sustainment. You'll be acting as a key player in the strategic planning processes for TTEC as well as a lead advisors to the Vice President of Infrastructure & Operations. You'll report to Executive Director During a Typical Day, You'll - Lead and guide a high technical team of data, network and security engineers while also establishing and meeting service level agreements for uptime and issue response - Deploy network infrastructure plans - Develop, articulate and present a roadmap related to current state infrastructure - Works with top technology executives to ensure investments in networks are appropriate and compatible with the industry that can scale and adapt as the business needs dictate - Work with Executive Director to develop short- and long-term strategic departmental plans that support overall corporate and IT strategy - Manage a staff of domestic and international employees and serve as the team liaison for the hiring process, work allocation, scheduling, training, professional development and performance evaluation - Support projects end-to-end initiated by various clients (internal/external) and business units including new project and client launches, internal technology efforts, and migration activities related to mergers and acquisitions What You Bring to the Role - Manager level experience in a Network/Security Engineering related position - Experienced leading large geographically dispersed teams - 5+ years related work experience in sustainment, management, implementation, and engineering supporting large enterprise data networks - Demonstrated experience and knowledge of networking architectures, including cloud network architectures - Experience with troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues under high business pressure. - Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field; or the equivalent in education and work experience What You Can Expect - Supportive of your career and professional development - An inclusive culture and community minded organization where giving back is encouraged - A global team of curious lifelong learners guided by our company values - Ask us about our paid time off (PTO) and wellness and healthcare benefits - And yes... a great compensation package and performance bonus opportunities, benefits you'd expect and maybe a few that would pleasantly surprise you (like tuition reimbursement) About TTEC Our business is about making customers happy.
