About the Role

We are looking for a Generative AI & LLM Specialist with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Text-Augmented Generation (TAG), and agentic AI workflows. You will play a key role in developing a platform that orchestrates AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning tasks to deliver enterprise-grade services.

This role requires a blend of skills across Python, data science, and generative modeling, along with the ability to structure intelligent agent systems that work reliably and safely.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy core components of a platform supporting agentic AI architectures, including agent orchestration, memory, and tool use.
- Implement synchronized multi-agent workflows that enable reasoning, planning, and execution toward shared goals.
- Work with and fine-tune foundation models, integrating advanced RAG/TAG pipelines into real-world applications.
- Build reusable AI components for developers to extend and customize agent capabilities.
- Integrate LLM-based agents with APIs, knowledge bases, vector databases, and other tools to enhance reasoning and execution capabilities.
- Contribute to system design for scalability, performance, and security in a production-grade AI service platform.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype and launch intelligent features rapidly.
- Stay updated with emerging research in agent-based AI, model alignment, and cognitive architectures to translate insights into product capabilities.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents, tool use, memory/reasoning modules, and planning.
- Proficiency in Python and Generative AI frameworks like HuggingFace, LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, etc.
- Expertise in Data Science, NLP, ML model evaluation, and experimental design.
- Experience with multi-agent coordination, decision-making systems, or distributed AI architectures is a plus.
- Exposure to enterprise software development—REST APIs, distributed systems, backend services, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Celery, Airflow, or agent frameworks like CrewAI, Autogen.
- Passion for working in an early-stage, high-impact environment with a strong emphasis on speed, creativity, and collaboration.

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice-to-Have

- Background in cognitive architectures, reinforcement learning, or multi-modal systems.
- Contributions to open-source projects in Generative AI or agentic AI.
- Experience with vector stores (FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) and graph-based reasoning.
- Previous experience in startups or 0-to-1 product development.
