Role Description Senior Overseas Education Consultant (Australia) We are hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Overseas Education Consultant (Australia) for our Ahmedabad office. This role involves providing expert counselling and guidance to students aspiring to study in Australia. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Australian universities, admissions processes, student visa requirements, and course/occupation pathways. As a senior consultant, you will handle client consultations, assess eligibility, recommend suitable institutions/courses, oversee applications, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Requirements: - Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati (additional languages are a plus) - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients - Proficiency in using computers, CRM and office software - Prior experience in student counselling or overseas education consulting (Australia-focused preferred) - Knowledge of Australian admissions, GTE requirements, financial evidence, SOP guidance and student visa processes - Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases confidently Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to understand their academic background, career goals, and eligibility Recommend suitable Australian universities, TAFEs, colleges, and courses based on student preferences and future prospects Guide students through the application and documentation process, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions Assist students in preparing for Australian student visas, including GTE explanation, SOP guidance, and financial documentation Conduct information sessions, seminars, and workshops to promote Australian education opportunities Maintain proper case notes, follow-ups, and accurate student progress records Provide exceptional customer service throughout the student's journeyfrom inquiry to enrollment Location: Ankur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Why Join Us - At Care Immigration & Education Consultants, we value expertise, dedication, and teamwork.
