Location - Onsite - Noida, UP OR Chennai, TN (Any of the two as per your location preference)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 47 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, and proven experience in migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Migrate existing Salesforce Classic functionality to Lightning Experience (Aura and/or LWC).
- Develop custom components using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Triggers.
- Implement and maintain Service Cloud features like Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge Base, Live Agent, and Email-to-Case.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, admins, and QA teams.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
- Perform unit testing and participate in peer code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Qualifications
- 48 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven experience in Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Classes, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
- Experience with Salesforce Integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD processes and DevOps tools for Salesforce (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
