Greenfield project for sponge iron plant.Gradually projects of DRI, induction furnaces,power plant etc had come into existence and steelmaking capacity increased from 800 MT per day to 1900mt per day gradually

Project Implementation Implementation of green field projects, modernization projects,

Plant Stabilisation transfer of plant to new location and stabilization of plant after commissioning.

Sponge Iron & Sponge Iron Plants with Waste Heat Recovery & Power

Steel Industries co generation. Continuous casting & Rolling Mills (Wire rod mill, TMT mill & structural mill). Planning, estimating & scheduling projects involving detailed engineering activities, finalization of requirements and specifications. Supervising the analysis of results / data & preparing project reports.

Responsible for Facility size Planning, Technological Selection, Freezing Specifications, Selecting Consultants, Contractors , Equipment Vendors ,Planning and Monitoring the entire gamut of activities of the Green Field Project. Responsibility also included fulfilling all Statutory Compliances , fulfilling all Pre disbursement conditions required by Lenders(Financial Institutions)

Metallurgical Operations: Studying process and suggesting development of components with respect to metallurgical inputs. Preparing process flow chart and control plan for development components. Strengthening the existing vendor source.
