The Finance Senior Business Analyst is responsible for to design, develop, and implement efficient business, financial, and operations systems in support of functional objectives and business processes. The Finance Senior Business Analyst focuses on the successful completion of small to moderate scope. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements.

The Finance Senior Business Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on the findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

This position reports to the Manager Business Applications (IT) and is part of the Information Technologies Operations located in Bangalore and will be an on-site role to cover Europe, Middle east, Africa and India (EMEAI).

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

- Utilize your expertise in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP to design and optimize business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle solutions with a primary focus on global impact.
- Lead and oversee the implementation of large-scale integration solutions, employing a variety of technologies.
- Provide guidance and support in defining the scope and sizing of work related to Oracle projects.
- Drive the development of Proof of Concept to validate architectural solutions.
- Take the lead in transforming Oracle systems within areas such as Receivables, Account Payable, General Ledger and Fixed Assets.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

- Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or equivalent field of study required.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of application in the following areas: Oracle (Sql / PLSql) and Oracle Financials
- Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of experience in Oracle Financial environment.
- A team player with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Excellent organizational skills, work independently. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Explaining difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:if applicable for role

- Ability to travel couple of trips per year

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Scrum Framework
- International Environment
