Job description Job Title Adventure Tour Guide All genders are welcome to apply Company Konkan Explorers Location Coastal areas of Goa India About Konkan Explorers Konkan Explorers is multi award-winning nautical tour operator in India and Goa We conduct Cruise Yacht Charters water sports activities like Kayaking Sailing SUP Our aim is to provide a rich yachting and nautical sports experience for relaxation exploration and discovery Deep interest is placed in engaging in a responsible and safe manner in all our programs We are honored that The Goa Tourism Development Corporation GTDC has awarded Konkan Explorers an Exclusive Partnership to conceptualize and develop Responsible Nautical Activities for the State of Goa The more curious and active you are the more you take back from our tours As an Adventure Tour Guide with Konkan Explorers you will be the face of our company leading guests on thrilling journeys through some of the most stunning landscapes India has to offer You will have the opportunity to share your passion for adventure and your knowledge of the region with travellers from around the world creating memories that will last a lifetime Responsibilities Lead guided adventure tours including kayaking snorkelling and nautical excursions along the Goa Konkan coastline Ensure the safety and well-being of guests at all times adhering to strict safety protocols and providing clear instructions Share insights into the local history culture and ecology of the Goa Konkan region enhancing the overall guest experience Engage and entertain guests with informative commentary and storytelling showcasing your passion for the outdoors and adventure Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within tour groups encouraging camaraderie and teamwork among guests Assist with logistics and administrative tasks related to tour operations including equipment maintenance and inventory management Requirements Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficient swimmer with a thorough understanding of water safety principles Confident public speaker with the ability to engage and captivate audiences of varying backgrounds and interests Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for adventure and outdoor exploration Previous experience in guiding tourism or outdoor education is preferred but not required Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Knowledge of the region and its attractions is a plus Benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity for personal and professional growth in a dynamic and fast-growing company Access to training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise Work in a stunning natural environment surrounded by the beauty of the Goan coast Be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to travellers from around the world Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
