The Senior Designer is a highly skilled creative leader responsible for producing and overseeing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms with a strong emphasis on UX UI design tradeshows websites social media PowerPoint presentations collateral logos campaigns and branding initiatives Ensure all creative work aligns with strategic brand objectives and delivers measurable impact Own and evolve design systems ensuring consistency and scalability across all platforms Contribute to and maintain design systems style guides and documentation Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices in all deliverables Mentorship Training Team Development Mentor educate and support a team of content creators providing regular feedback coaching and skill development opportunities Foster a collaborative inclusive and high-performing team culture Lead by example in adopting best practices creative technologies and innovative approaches Organize and facilitate training sessions workshops and knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities Technology Innovation Leverage advanced creative technologies-including AI-powered tools-to drive innovation efficiency degree in Design Visual Communications or related field 5-7 years of professional experience in a creative design role with demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience Expertise in UX UI design video production editing and multi-channel branding Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Microsoft Office Suite and AI-powered creative tools Portfolio showcasing a range of work in UX UI video branding and multi-channel campaigns Experience mentoring educating or leading creative teams ideally in a high-volume or agency environment Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced evolving environment Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into creative solutions that strengthen brand identity and deliver measurable impact Willingness to work on-site in India Willingness to travel as needed to support tradeshows events and collaborative
