Senior Application Developer

Job Description - Proficient with PHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Core Java, Perl and any other necessary technologies - Able to work independently, making use of technology to communicate effectively with the team via email, video and audio teleconference, and face to face - The right candidate has great communication and leadership skills, is extremely self-motivated, and can quickly learn our proprietary code base. - We highly value honesty, integrity, and hard work and reward our team for their efforts Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop new features all the way from idea to implementation - Work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines - Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in existing tools and support any technology upgrades. - Take ownership of existing features and complete tasks using strong organization skills and with attention to detail - Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - QA and peer review other developer s code - Build out and maintain API integrations - Write thorough documentation Qualifications: - Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field with 8+ years experience. - Proficient withPHP, HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, Core Java, Perland any other necessary technologies - Proven experience in developing web applications and integrating with Oracle ERP technologies. - Basic knowledge Oracle with query writing using SQL and PL/SQL as an asset - Having knowledge on Oracle ERP application and integration with supply chain modules is a plus - Strong desire to learn Oracle APEX - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Flex Deploy - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and AWS
