Job Description Role Overview: We are seeking a technically strong and analytically driven actuarial professional to lead a dynamic team responsible for pricing and quotation development across emerging and specialized insurance segments. This includes Affinity Proposals, Parametric Insurance (AQI, temperature, rainfall-based), Cattle, Government Health, and Crop Insurance. The ideal candidate will bring deep actuarial expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities to drive innovation and precision in pricing models and benefit design. Key Responsibilities: - Lead actuarial pricing and quotation development for affinity, parametric, and government-linked insurance proposals. - Design and validate pricing frameworks using environmental and agricultural indices (e.g., AQI, rainfall, temperature). - Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective actions - Mentor junior actuarial staff and foster a culture of analytical excellence and continuous learning. - Contribute to other actuarial initiatives.
