Job Title HVAC Project Manager Location Serampore Hooghly Job Type Full-Time Department Operations Project Management Report To Director of Operations General Manager Salary Based on Experience Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven HVAC Project Manager to oversee and coordinate heating ventilation and air conditioning projects from initiation to completion The ideal candidate will have a solid background in HVAC systems project scheduling budgeting and team leadership This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations Key Responsibilities Plan organize and manage all phases of HVAC projects commercial industrial or residential Coordinate with clients subcontractors engineers and internal teams to define project scope goals and deliverables Develop detailed project timelines schedules and budgets Ensure projects are completed on time within budget and in compliance with safety and quality standards Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues as they arise Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with purchasing Track project costs and manage change orders Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders Ensure compliance with local state and federal HVAC codes and regulations Lead and motivate project teams to maintain productivity and accountability Provide technical guidance as needed to field personnel and subcontractors Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Construction Management or related field preferred Equivalent HVAC experience accepted Experience Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HVAC project management or construction project management Strong knowledge of HVAC systems installation and design principles Proven ability to manage budgets timelines and teams effectively Familiarity with project management software e g MS Project Procore Buildertrend etc Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and specifications Working Conditions Office and field work required Occasional evening or weekend work based on project demands Travel to project sites as needed Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
