About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Jewellery Designer with a strong understanding of jewellery construction, materials, and brand aesthetics. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate ideas into accurate sketches, collaborate closely with production teams, and deliver designs that align with both brand identity and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Create accurate CorelDRAW sketches for all approved fine jewelry designs.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure precise product execution while maintaining design integrity.
- Generate detailed design documents for newly developed pieces.
- Review and approve design submits.
- Research and apply market/fashion trend insights to design work.
- Maintain strong follow-through on projects with attention to detail.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in jewellery design.
- Diploma/Degree in Jewellery Design.
- Strong illustration skills and proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Working knowledge of jewellery construction, materials, and fit.
- Proven ability to manage and collaborate with team members effectively.
- Excellent command of the English language—both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong grasp of brand aesthetics with the ability to translate them into designs.
