📌 Job Description — Senior/Product Designer (UI/UX)

📍 Location: India (Hybrid/Remote flexibility)

💰 Compensation: ₹12 LPA fixed + ₹6 LPA ESOP (annual)

🔹 What You’ll Bring

- 3–5 years of proven experience in product design, interaction design, or UX/UI design for mobile and web platforms.
- A strong portfolio with end-to-end case studies, showcasing problem-solving, design process, and shipped products.
- Degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or equivalent professional experience or certifications.
- Deep knowledge of design principles, UX heuristics, and usability methods.
- Mastery of design tools such as Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems).
- Strong skills in wireframing, storyboarding, prototyping, and communicating complex flows.
- Curiosity, creativity, and a strong bias for testing ideas, learning fast, and iterating.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills — able to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals and design solutions that drive measurable results.
- Comfort in fast-paced startup environments where priorities shift quickly.

🔹 How You Will Lead

- Own and execute end-to-end product design strategy across mobile apps and responsive web.
- Translate complex product visions into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences.
- Engage with users directly — through research, testing, and feedback loops — and incorporate insights into designs.
- Drive multiple projects in parallel, managing time and expectations effectively.
- Define success measures for design projects, test assumptions, and iterate continuously.
- Deliver high-quality outputs: UX flows, UI specifications, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Build and evolve a design system — reusable components, guidelines, and scalable patterns.
- Collaborate deeply with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Content teams to ship usable, pixel-perfect experiences.
- Contribute to design critiques and reviews, giving and receiving feedback constructively.
- Maintain a strong point of view — backed by design rationale, customer insights, and industry best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and technologies to push the design practice forward.
- Help shape and scale the design culture within the team — mentoring juniors, advocating for user-first decisions.
