Role Title: Full Stack Python Developer (On-site, India) About The Opportunity We are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Python Developer to join an on-site engineering team building modern HR-tech web applications. You will own feature delivery end-to-end from API design and backend services to responsive React-based UI and work closely with product and QA to ship production-grade releases. Role & Responsibilities - Design, implement, and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python (Django/Flask) for high-availability web applications. - Build and enhance responsive front-end components using React, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility. - Integrate relational data stores and write efficient SQL queries; design schemas and optimise queries for performance. - Own feature delivery: write unit/integration tests, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product and QA to deploy releases. - Troubleshoot production issues, analyse logs, and implement fixes to improve reliability and performance. - Contribute to engineering best practices: CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), documentation, and deployment workflows. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have (Technical Skills) - Python - Django - Flask - React - REST API - PostgreSQL Preferred - Docker - AWS - Celery Qualifications - Proven experience delivering production web applications using Python and modern front-end frameworks. - Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and Git-based workflows. - Comfort working on-site in India and collaborating across product, design, and QA teams.
