Job Role: Network Reliability Service Engineer

Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities

1. 1. Services Complaints Management (Daily Fault Report/ DPR)
2. 2. Attend & resolve the Chargers Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance complaints as per
3. guidelines or customers requirement.
4. 3. Service Associates Management
5. 4. Customer Escalation Management
6. 5. Training to Customers/ Service Partners
7. 6. Maintain the Chargers PM Reports with PM Tracker, DMR Sheet as per Management
8. Requirement.
9. 7. Ready to work in Hybrid Shift (Remotely

Requirements

1. Degree/ Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering

2. 1-3 Years experience in Customer Service Support for EV Chargers/ SMPS /UPS.

3. Good Communication skill.

4. Basic Excel Experience.

Skills Required: -

1. To develop Good Interpersonal relationship with Customers/Other Team Members.

2. Good Product Knowledge for EV Chargers/SMPS/UPS.

3. Familiar in working on Laptop with Good knowledge of Excel/MS Word/Power Point.

4. Free For travelling in respective Circle/ Region.

5. Capability to Manage Associate Manpower.

6. Analytical skills to analyse fault & implements.

7. Basic Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and Switchgears like Breakers MCCB, RCD, ELCB,

Rectifiers, Network Operation Etc.

8. Safety PPE And safety Precautions knowledge For electrical safety standard.
