Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: - Provide field-level network support for assigned locations. - Visit customer sites for network-related calls, including ATM connectivity support. - Perform modem installation and configuration. - Carry out VSAT installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting. - Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues during site visits. - Coordinate with centralized support teams and service providers as required. - Ensure proper documentation and closure of field service calls. - Adhere to safety guidelines and company processes while performing field activities.
