Location: Remote / Hybrid At Adaptiv, we’re reimagining how people interact with digital tools — from Ask Sétu, our AI-powered assistant, to Globist, our AI-powered research platform. We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help shape intuitive, beautiful, and human-centred experiences across our products and social presence. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design user-friendly, responsive interfaces for web and mobile. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that align with Adaptiv’s design system and brand identity. - Contribute to visual design needs across Ask Sétu, Globist, and other Adaptiv initiatives. - Design marketing graphics, social media posts, and other visual collateral to support campaigns and brand storytelling. - Participate in user research and usability testing to improve designs based on feedback and data. Ideal candidate profile - 0–2 years of experience in UI/UX or graphic design (internship or freelance experience counts). - Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. - Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and accessibility. - Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across disciplines. - A creative eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency. - A portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and/or graphic design work (please include this in your application).
