Assist in procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to site. Coordinate with the procurement and finance teams to manage project costs and timelines effectively. Participate in site meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions. 4. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, building codes, and environmental laws. Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent site accidents and promote worker well-being. Prepare documentation for permits, inspections, and approvals as required by local authorities. 5. Technical Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation for internal and external use. Maintain accurate project records including site drawings, contracts, change orders, and inspection reports. Submit timely progress reports to project managers or clients. 6. Maintenance and Post-Construction Activities: Conduct final inspections and assist in commissioning of completed projects. Provide guidance on maintenance procedures and help in resolving post-construction issues. Support the preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Minimum years of professional experience in construction or infrastructure development. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar.
