Job Title Oracle DevOps Fusion PPM Functional Senior Location Bangalore Experience 10 years in Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management Cloud PPM We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion in house Project To Close PTC Functional Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud PPM end to end processes forecasting costing billing revenue recognition and project period close processes with a very good understanding of DevOps methodologies The role involves leading cross-functional discussions at various levels with business users to analyse requirements brainstorm articulate solutions and recommend industry best practices to stakeholders Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for business resolving production support incidents related to Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud Analyze and resolve complex functional and technical problems within the Oracle Fusion PPM module often requiring collaboration with technical teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability Implement DevOps practices to streamline development testing and deployment processes Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and minimal downtime as part of Post go live Operational Support Stay updated with the latest Fusion technologies and DevOps tools to drive continuous improvement Oversee daily application support implement updates optimize configurations and ensure the stability and data accuracy of the production environment Create and manage Oracle Support Service Requests to address ongoing issues and ensure timely resolution Mentor junior consultants and technical staff providing guidance and support to facilitate project completion and knowledge sharing Manage project timelines and stakeholder expectations effectively Conduct system configurations testing and user training as needed Analyze Oracle Fusion Enhancements Change Requests and Support activities pipeline Work planning and prioritization for approved backlogs within the Value stream reviewing with BPO GPOs Delivery Leads and Oracle Solution Architects Coordinate with other Value stream leads within Fusion DevOps Delivery and Support leads for other Edge applications within Fusion to address any integration issues between PPM and other values streams integration areas on a timely manner Optimize and effectively manage Enhancements and support ticket backlog within the Value stream reviewing with the team Drive for Continuous improvements to reduce support tickets automation eliminating manual activities wherever possible Follow JCI Major Incident management process to address any critical issues P1 P2 by engaging right teams Share Value stream level reporting with KPIs for the Value stream with Global and Regional DevOps Leaders Required Skills Bachelor s degree in engineering or Information Systems or equivalent 10 years of overall experience within Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management and Oracle EBS ERPs Extensive hands-on experience with the module including its various components Proven track record in PPM Functional track within Oracle Fusion ERP Expertise in Oracle Fusion functional configuration and solutions for small- and large-scale initiatives mainly within PPM Costing and Subledger close processes Ability to communicate with technical teams as well as Business audience This position requires exceptional collaboration teamwork influence and relationship building skills at all levels with internal and external parties in addition to Johnson Controls key values Integrity teamwork excellence Customer focus and Accountability Proven experience in a support role including resolving post-implementation issues and providing ongoing application maintenance Excellent communication skills to interface with customers stakeholders and internal teams effectively Experience mentoring junior team members and providing leadership within delivery teams Experience with Oracle Support processes and the creation of support service requests Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a reactive high-pressure environment Preferred Skills Oracle Cloud certifications Experience with Agile methodologies Knowledge of additional Oracle modules Bolt on solutions like IIM Installation Invoicing Module Forecasting and One Page view etc JCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any protected categories
