Responsibilities:
To design mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Keen eye on finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization etc.
Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating designs
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
Create original graphic designs (e.g., icons, illustrations and color palettes)
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
Present and defend your design decisions with fundamentals

Skills:
1-3 years of work experience in creating UI/UX design in web and mobile apps.
Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
You have a degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering or related field
You have prior experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects
You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop)
You are proficient in prototyping tool Figma, (or Adobe XD).
Basic understanding of web development is a plus to validate the feasibility of designs
You pay great attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics
You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
You are a strong team player who can collaborate effectively with teams & different stakeholders
Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/ UI design, and usability.
