Activities:

- Manage stakeholder relationships across all businesses within VF at HO as well the Zonal level
- Create and present training activities and outcomes data periodically to CBO/ CBO DRs and discuss on way forward
- Travel across zones to connect with leaders and frontline staff to assess training gaps and best practices
- Conceptualize new initiatives with defined outcome metrics, and collaborate with zonal training teams to execute the same
- Collaborate with the ID team to create and review learning content
- Deliver selected training modules and TTT sessions for other zonal trainers

- Assessment performance
- Employee retention & productivity across frontline sales & collections
