The ideal candidate will work closely with walk-in customers, generate leads, build strong relationships with clients, and ensure seamless end-to-end home loan processing.This is a target-driven role ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of financial products—especially housing finance.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development: Promote and sell home loan products to new and existing customers. Meet walk-in customers at the branch, understand their loan requirements, and provide appropriate product solutions. Identify potential customers through various channels—branch visits, references, open markets, builder tie-ups, etc. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide end-to-end support to customers—from application to disbursement—ensuring a smooth and satisfactory loan process. Offer guidance on loan eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment schedules. 3. Lead Generation and Follow-ups: Actively follow up on leads generated by the branch or through self-sourcing. Schedule meetings with potential clients, conduct field visits if needed, and convert leads into loan applications. Update lead management systems with daily activity and conversion status. 4. Documentation and Process Compliance: Collect and verify customer documents required for home loan approval. Ensure applications meet credit policy standards and required internal checks. Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth processing of files. 5. Market and Competitor Knowledge: Stay updated on current market trends, interest rates, and competitors’ home loan offerings. Provide feedback to the branch manager and product team on customer needs and market expectations.Skills: Sales Ability: Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet monthly targets. Customer Service: Courteous and professional approach to customer handling. Communication: Good verbal and written communication in English and local language. Product Knowledge: Basic understanding of home loan products, interest rates, EMIs, and financial terms. Technology: Familiarity with banking software, CRM systems, and MS Office. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and target-driven. Strong interpersonal skills and outgoing personality. Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
