Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Jr B2C professional to join our team in Ahmedabad. This is an exciting opportunity for a fresher looking to start their career in a full-time position within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for B2C sales activities and contribute to our expanding market presence. This role requires excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members (Mandatory skill).
- Basic understanding of B2C sales operations and strategies to drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in client relationship management to maintain and develop lasting partnerships.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to identify opportunities and trends.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales processes.
- Comprehensive product knowledge to effectively present and promote company offerings to potential clients.
- Problem-solving skills to address client requirements and propose suitable solutions efficiently.
- Organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct market research to gather information on consumer needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop effective B2C sales strategies.
- Maintain a detailed and organized record of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Provide product demonstrations to clients and answer any inquiries related to product features.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to product development based on client feedback.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and campaigns.
- Report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to support business planning and decision-making.
