Senior Microbiologist

Bakson Drugs and Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd is a premier organization of purely Indian origin working towards promoting Homoeopathy amongst masses and providing them with complete benefits of this promising science in the field of pharmaceuticals Health Care Education We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Microbiologist to join our pharmaceutical team The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing monitoring environmental conditions and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards e g FDA cGMP USP EP to support the production of safe and effective pharmaceutical products Key Responsibilities Perform microbial testing on raw materials in-process samples finished products and water systems Conduct sterility testing microbial limits testing bioburden testing and endotoxin testing as required Monitor and test cleanroom environments viable and non-viable monitoring in accordance with cGMP Identify and isolate microorganisms using microbiological and biochemical techniques Support contamination control strategies and investigate microbial contamination events Maintain accurate laboratory records in compliance with regulatory and internal standards GDP Operate and maintain laboratory equipment e g autoclaves incubators particle counters Prepare culture media reagents and solutions as required for microbiological analysis Participate in method development and validation of microbiological methods Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities or clients Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and company SOPs Qualifications Master s degree in Microbiology Mandatory 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical microbiology preferred Knowledge of regulatory guidelines USP EP JP FDA cGMP ISO Experience with aseptic techniques and cleanroom practices Strong analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
