Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Therapist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing therapeutic support to individuals and groups, with a focus on mental health and emotional well-being. The Therapist will work collaboratively with clients to develop effective treatment plans and facilitate their journey towards recovery.

Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients.
- Assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and treatment options.

Skills and Qualifications

- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Licensed as a therapist or counselor in India.
- Strong understanding of various therapeutic techniques and approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and create a safe therapeutic environment.
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methods.
