Role - Supermarket Manager Retail store manager Exps - 2 to 5 years of experience required Benefits - Accommodation provided by the company for outside candidate A Supermarket Manager oversees all aspects of a retail grocery store s operations including staff management inventory control customer service and ensuring the store s profitability They are responsible for daily tasks like supervising staff managing inventory ensuring a clean and safe environment and resolving customer issues Additionally they develop strategies to drive sales analyze sales data and collaborate with suppliers Key Responsibilities of a Supermarket Manager Staff Management Hiring training scheduling supervising and evaluating employees Inventory Management Monitoring stock levels ordering supplies and managing inventory to minimize waste and stock outs Customer Service Ensuring a positive shopping experience addressing customer complaints and providing excellent customer service Sales and Profitability Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales increase profitability and meet sales targets Store Operations Overseeing the daily workflow of the store ensuring a clean and safe environment and maintaining the store s appearance Financial Management Managing budgets monitoring expenses and ensuring the store meets its financial goals Compliance and Legal Issues Ensuring the store complies with all relevant laws and regulations such as health and safety employment and licensing requirements Security and Loss Prevention Implementing and enforcing security measures to prevent theft fraud and other losses Communication and Interpersonal Skills Effectively communicating with team members store management and customers Additional Responsibilities Collaboration Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to achieve store goals Problem-solving Identifying and resolving problems as they arise and making decisions to improve the overall performance of the store Innovation Seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and implement innovative solutions Mentorship Mentoring and supporting staff to reach their full potential Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Weekend availability Work Location In person Expected Start Date 15 06 2025
