We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Mechanical Engineering to lead and oversee all mechanical engineering activities within our organization This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful design development and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment Key Responsibilities Leadership Management Lead and manage the mechanical engineering team including engineers designers and technicians Set objectives delegate tasks and monitor performance Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement Engineering Technical Oversight Oversee the design analysis and development of mechanical systems machines tools and components Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards codes and safety regulations Review and approve technical drawings specifications and engineering documentation Project Management Lead mechanical aspects of engineering projects from concept to completion Manage budgets schedules and resource allocation Coordinate cross-functional teams including electrical civil and automation departments R D and Innovation Drive research and development initiatives for new products or process improvements Evaluate emerging technologies and implement them where beneficial Maintenance Operations for manufacturing plant roles Provide technical leadership in maintenance troubleshooting and reliability engineering Improve mechanical system uptime and reduce downtime Vendor and Stakeholder Interaction Collaborate with suppliers contractors and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery of components services Support procurement by evaluating technical specifications and vendor qualifications Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering required Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred Experience 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role Proven experience in e g product design manufacturing HVAC plant maintenance - customize as needed Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent knowledge of CAD software e g AutoCAD SolidWorks CATIA Proficiency in engineering analysis tools e g FEA CFD Strong understanding of materials manufacturing processes and mechanical design principles Knowledge of relevant standards ASME ISO API etc Excellent problem-solving and communication skills JOB APPLY http jobs vinayakjob com CONTACT DETAILS - Name - DIMPAL Number - 91 91099 99669
