Designation : Recruitment Executive / Assistant Manager Location : Delhi (Jasola) Company Website : www.tlcgroup.com Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for all Recruitment related activities for Pan India Operations 2. Coordinating with different department heads for open positions 3. Headhunting for Junior to Senior level profiles internally using online portal/references 4. Experience in using platforms like LinkedIn/Naukri/ Indeed to connect with potential candidates 5. Do online job posting & search for relevant profile using online job portals 6. Meeting, aligning & coordinating with local institutes/academies for hiring activities 7. Shortlisting & scrutinizing profiles. Screening candidate information as per the profile requirement 8. Create weekly/monthly reports on hiring status for all operational centers 9. Conduct first level telephonic interview of shortlisted candidates. Also coordinate subsequent rounds with the department heads 10. Conduct reference checks for all hired candidates 11. Follow up with the candidates till their joining 12. Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities Required Skill Set: 1. 2-4 years of experience in handling hard core recruitment activities 2. Preferably graduation in HR 3. Prior experience of hiring sales & operations profiles. .
