Toni Rossi is a leading leather footwear brand in Chennai and We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Merchandiser to join our Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the merchandiser with stock planning, analytics, sales forecasting and Coordinating with our logistics team. Responsibilities: - Maintain merchandising data, including cost sheets, BOMs, pricing, and product specs. - Support the senior merchandiser with the demand forecasting, stock planning, and inventory management in line with sales trends. - Analyse sell-through and prepare reports to assess performance Monthly, Quarterly and Annually. - Coordinate with our Logistics partners to ensure timely pick up and delivery of our shipments. - This is a full-time office based role in Chennai. - Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Footwear Design, Leather Technology, or a related field. - 0-1 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in leather footwear or accessories. - Strong understanding of footwear Industry, Fashion Industry, materials (especially leather), and manufacturing processes. - Excellent communication and vendor management skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and merchandising tools. - Eye for detail, style, and commercial awareness. - Ability to take direction, meet deadlines, and work independently. - Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary package as per Industry standards. - Opportunity to work with a dynamic team - This is an Entry Level Job, Please keep that in mind when you apply.
