Role Overview

As Head of Growth, you'll own the entire growth engine of AiSensy — across marketing, product, analytics, and retention. You will lead and scale a high-performing team, work closely with Founders, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, and drive initiatives across user acquisition, onboarding, engagement, expansion, and monetization.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll shape our PLG + marketing-led growth strategy and help take AiSensy from 100k+ to 1M+ users.

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute end-to-end growth strategy aligned with business goals
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team (growth marketers, analysts, product owners)
- Own key growth KPIs — CAC, LTV, MRR, Activation, Retention, Expansion

2. Customer Acquisition & Funnel Optimization

- Drive scalable multi-channel acquisition (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, SEO, partnerships)
- Optimize top-of-funnel conversion via A/B testing, landing page iterations, and personalization
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) for high-value SMB segments

3. Product-Led Growth (PLG)

- Drive in-product experimentation to improve activation and feature adoption
- Work closely with Product & Design to create seamless onboarding, guided tours, nudges, and tooltips
- Launch in-app upsell and expansion campaigns based on user behavior

4. Retention, Monetization & Lifecycle

- Design and execute personalized lifecycle journeys (email, WhatsApp, push, in-app)
- Collaborate with Customer Success to reduce churn and improve user health scores
- Drive monetization levers — pricing experiments, referrals, loyalty

5. Analytics & Insights

- Implement end-to-end analytics stack (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, HubSpot, SQL dashboards)
- Lead cohort and funnel analysis to uncover growth levers and friction points
- Present growth performance to leadership with actionable insights

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Partner with Sales to align on lead quality, scoring, and conversion strategies
- Enable GTM for new feature launches across marketing, content, and sales enablement
- Identify new growth opportunities: product verticals, markets, partnerships

Ideal Candidate

- 6–10 years of experience in Growth, Product Marketing, or Growth Product roles
- At least 3+ years in B2B SaaS with SMB-focused offerings
- Proven track record of scaling growth metrics and running high-velocity experiments
- Hands-on with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude), automation tools (MoEngage/WebEngage), and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical chops with comfort using SQL, cohort analysis, and data dashboards
- Strategic thinker with bias for action, rapid experimentation, and outcome orientation
- Experience managing teams of 4+ across growth, marketing, or analytics
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire internal and external stakeholders

- Prior experience at a high-growth SaaS startup
