Job Description Job Title: Social Media Manager Location: Malcha Marg, New Delhi Annual Package: 3 3.5 LPA Job Type: Full-time | On-site About the Role: We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, hands-on design and video editing skills, and a passion for creating engaging content across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative social media strategies to grow and engage audiences across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) Design visually appealing graphics and content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, reels, and campaigns Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and algorithms Plan and shoot content using mobile phones and DSLR cameras (behind-the-scenes, product shots, interviews, etc.) Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and campaign ideas Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement Requirements: Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio or work samples required) Strong graphic design skills with a good command of design tools Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.) A strong sense of aesthetics, visual storytelling, and brand voice Up-to-date with the latest trends, formats, and content styles on social media Comfortable with shooting content using phone and DSLR Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and
