Company Name - Care Netram Designation-good vision technician Location - All Odisha salary - 9k Job Role Vision Screening in eye camps Vision Centres under the Supervision of Optometrist Dispense eye glasses of spherical correction and adjust GoodVisionGlasses on the patient face Refer patients to hospital for further treatment Community awareness for gathering of patients in eye camp Eligibility Criteria Age - 18 to 28 Male female in equal ratio Qualification - Any of these in order of preference 1 Nursing candidate are first preference ANM BSC nursing 2 3 completed from any stream first preference science 3 2 completed from any stream first preference science 4 10th Pass if candidate is trainable with good intellectual ability Other desired skills Must be ready to travel daily different location for eye camp as it is a completely a field job Must be ready to take sales target and achieve it Must be ready to relocate whenever and wherever required Family support for job and stay out Important Selected candidates will undergo training to become Good Vision Technician and pursue a great career in eye care sector Good oral written communication skills decision making capability Training 1Year Classroom Training Duration- 3 months During Classroom Training theory practical sessions will be arranged Care Netram base location Periodically exams will be conducted Final exam will be conducted after 3 month of training On the job training- 3 months Passed out candidates will be posted in Camps for 3 months and they will gain experience Monthly Rs 9000 stipend will be provided to them Finally those who did well in the OJT they will be considered to Join as an employee with Care Netram with 6 month probation period PF and ESIC benefits will be added Selection Process Document Verification Interview Face to face or Virtual Documents Required Must have a Resume Original Aadhar Card Job Card or rural BPL Card Ration Card Not Mandatory PAN Card if not available we will facilitate Salary Other Benefits Starting salary 9k post OJT period and final selection Periodical appraisal based on the performance level Canbe promoted to higher level with leadership and managing capabilities Yearly Incentives for extraordinary achievement and meeting overall sales target PF ESIC deduction for future saving Job Type Full-time Pay 9 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
