We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Warehouse in charge to oversee our Finished Goods Warehouse and ensure the efficient dispatch of goods in line with the sales department s requirements The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our operations ensuring that our products are stored and delivered accurately and on time Key Responsibilities Manage the Finished Goods Warehouse including organizing labeling and maintaining inventory Supervise a team of warehouse staff providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence Ensure the accurate and timely picking packing and dispatch of goods according to sales orders and delivery schedules Collaborate with the sales department to meet customer demands and delivery requirements Implement and maintain efficient warehouse processes including quality control and safety procedures Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies Oversee the loading of trucks as well as the proper handling of products Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety standards Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to optimize warehouse operations Maintain records of stock levels dispatches and other relevant data Report to senior management on warehouse performance and key performance indicators Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse management preferably in the apparel or manufacturing industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse software systems Familiarity with safety and quality standards in warehousing Effective communication and interpersonal skills Physical fitness as the role may involve some heavy lifting and manual work Knowledge of kids apparel and accessories is a plus Education Degree or Equivalent Work Experience Minimum 3 years of Experience in Material Management or Related Field Benefits Salary Up to 20000 per month Free Food and Accommodation Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
