Ltd. is a luxury real estate and interior design firm renowned for crafting bespoke spaces that blend timeless elegance with refined aesthetics. We are currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer with expertise in French Classical design for our prestigious Antilia Project. Key Responsibilities - Lead the concept development and execution of French Classical interior design projects. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain design integrity and quality standards. - Prepare detailed design layouts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and material selections. - Supervise on-site execution to ensure precision, quality, and timely delivery. - Maintain design documentation and coordinate with clients for approvals and feedback. Requirements - Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture. - Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury residential or classical design projects. - Strong portfolio showcasing French Classical interior design work. - Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
