Job title: Senior Technical Architect – Salesforce Communications Cloud Location: Remote Experience-8-12yrs Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) and Order Management. The role involves designing, leading, and delivering scalable end-to-end solutions for telecom or subscription-based businesses, covering quote-to-cash, order orchestration, and revenue processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and lead Salesforce Order Management (OM) solutions, including order capture, orchestration, fulfillment, and integration. Define best practices for product catalog (EPC), CPQ, pricing, and subscription management. Create and govern integration architecture with external systems (billing, provisioning, inventory, etc.). Review technical designs, enforce standards, and ensure solution scalability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical architecture. Stay updated with Salesforce product roadmap and recommend adoption of new features. Mentor teams on Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and OmniStudio best practices. Support pre-sales discussions, client workshops, and solution estimations. Required Skills & Experience: 8–12 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3–5 years in Communications Cloud / Vlocity. Proven experience in large-scale Order Management implementations in telecom or subscription domains. Strong knowledge of CPQ, EPC, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards). Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, LWC, and Flow. Expertise in integration architecture (REST, SOAP, platform events, APIs, middleware). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
