About the Job We are looking for experienced Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Consultants to join our Supply Chain Solutions team. The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional expertise in MAWM configuration, implementation, and integration, along with a solid understanding of warehouse operations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient MAWM solutions while providing L2/L3 production support, issue resolution, and process optimization. Job Title: MAWM Consultant Skills: MAWM Configuration, Implementation, Integration, Inbound/Outbound/Inventory, SQL, Troubleshooting, WMS Support, Testing, Documentation Experience Required: 4–6 Years Location: Remote Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Preferred Job Description - Configure, customize, and implement Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) modules covering Inbound, Outbound, and Inventory processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to gather requirements, translate them into configurations, and ensure timely delivery. - Provide L2/L3 support, including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and ticket management. - Work on MAWM integrations with third-party systems such as WCS (Warehouse Control Systems) and MHE (Material Handling Equipment). - Perform system testing, regression testing, and UAT for enhancements and production releases. - Create and maintain functional and technical documentation for all implemented changes. - Participate in go-live and hypercare support, ensuring system stability and operational excellence. - Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues and support end-user training as needed. Key Responsibilities - End-to-end ownership of MAWM configuration and support activities. - Analyze business requirements and align system functionality accordingly. - Coordinate with technical teams for integration and system enhancements. - Ensure process adherence and maintain data consistency across systems. - Participate in continuous improvement and system optimization initiatives. Qualification & Certification - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM). - Strong understanding of Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain processes. - Knowledge of SQL and debugging tools for data validation and issue analysis. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and tools like JIRA and ServiceNow. Good to Have - Knowledge of MAWM Proactive and system monitoring tools. - Experience with integration testing frameworks. - Exposure to automation tools or scripting languages (Python, Robot Framework). - Experience working with global warehouse support models.
