Job Summary:

As a Full Stack Tech Lead at NRG Phoenix Technology, you will be responsible for leading the development team in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications. You will provide technical leadership, ensure best practices are followed, and mentor junior developers. This role requires a strong technical background, leadership abilities, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using modern technologies and best practices.
- Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Implement server-side logic using languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Express, Django, or Ruby on Rails.
- Design and manage databases using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) technologies.
- Develop and integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs to support front-end functionality and third-party integrations.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and technical expertise.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure successful completion of projects.
- Participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure high standards of code quality and performance.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and suggest improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Tech Lead.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Proficiency in back-end technologies: Node.js, Express, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
- Experience with database management: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Experience with API development and integration (RESTful, GraphQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications: Relevant certifications in web development or related technologies.
- Experience: Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and serverless architecture.
- Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools and workflows (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn).
- Methodologies: Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- UI/UX: Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
