responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems hardware software and networks The role involves troubleshooting maintenance and installation tasks to ensure optimal system functionality and user support across the organization Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain computer hardware software systems networks printers cameras and scanners Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure availability and performance Respond promptly to service issues and requests from staff via email phone or in person Troubleshoot system and network problems diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues Repair or replace equipment as necessary Maintain documentation of systems configurations procedures and service logs Support the rollout of new applications and updates Provide technical support for internal projects and ensure security and backup procedures are maintained Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and procurement needs Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 37 075 46 per month Shift Day shift Work Location In person
