Job description Lords is hiring for Field Service Engineers for EV and commercial vehicles A Service Engineer in the electric vehicle EV industry is responsible for maintaining repairing and troubleshooting EV-related systems including batteries motors inverters and charging infrastructure They perform routine maintenance diagnose and resolve issues and ensure EV systems operate efficiently and safely Position Field Service Engineer Location Kerala Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting and Repair Identify and resolve problems with EV components such as batteries motors inverters and charging systems Preventative Maintenance Perform routine checks and maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize vehicle performance Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of all service and repair activities Customer Dealer Interaction Communicate effectively with customers Dealer about service needs and vehicle issues Technical Support Provide technical support to customers and dealers including troubleshooting and guidance Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams including software engineers and manufacturing teams Quality Control Ensure that all service and repair work adheres to quality standards and safety regulations Qualifications Education A relevant degree or diploma in electrical mechanical engineering or a related field is preferred Skills Strong technical skills in electrical and mechanical systems proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing EV components and good communication skills Experience Experience in automotive service or a related field is a plus Knowledge Familiarity with EV technologies including battery management systems BMS electric motors and charging infrastructure Certifications EV-specific certifications can be beneficial After- sales experience followed by a sales stint will be an added advantage Strong product knowledge Communication analytical skills Working knowledge of Excel PowerPoint Must be open to travel PAN Mumbai other location if required Interested candidate can directly contact on 8655627595 Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Work from home Work Location In person
