Job Title : Service Engineer / Sr.Service Engineer Location : Gurgaon Job Role: - To look into the day-to-day functions of the service related jobs and resolve day-to-day issues in the specified Territory / Customer Allocated in the region - Commissioning and start-up support of the SCA plants to our customers in the automotive industry - Installation and servicing of equipment both electrically and mechanically - Supervision and execution of preventive maintenance and maintenance - Troubleshooting, provide service to customers, discuss with them, make route cause analysis and give presentations to customer to improve life cycle of the Product. - Customer support, follow regular service reports and information as advised from time to time. - Promote requisite spares, submit offers & be accountable for spares orders - Payment follow up, TDS Certificate & C form collection for all allocated customers. - Comply with regulations and standards, and protect the organization's public reputation. - Guide service technicians to perform duties effectively. - Handle the key account directly and ensure customer satisfaction - Close Co-ordination with sales, project teams for proper execution of Installation of machine allocated & Service Plan. - Customer Training / Education to ensure better up-time of the product also guide & train internal team. - Monitoring of On Site Work shop in all respect - Turnaround time - Spare Parts availability - Route Cause Analysis - Competency Development of On Site Technicians - Motivation - Ensure Safety Health and Environment compliance at On site workshop as per Guideline - Handle Customer Complaints (Warranty/ Goodwill/ Others) and ensure proper logging into SQR database - Find out the red-flags and analyse the root cause for failures. - Other duties as assigned. KEY DELIVERABLES: - Customer satisfaction- internal and external customers - Lead time. - Response time. - Turnaround time. - Mapping of Installed base for Service Potential - Efficiency and Utilization of Service Technicians - Spares Part Availability at On Site Workshops - Preparation and Execution Plan of AMC's - Service and Job Completion reports - Installation Reports. - Help sales to get repeated business. - Control service assets available in Region - Monthly Reporting on the Operation / on site Workshop / Hrs. Utilize for Internal Invoking. - Adherence to Business Code of Practice. To succeed you will need: Education & Experience requirements Degree/Diploma in Electric / Electronics Engineering. 2-3 years of field experience in servicing of Industrial products. Preferably pumps, sealing systems, paint systems, with good knowledge of PLC & control systems.
