Social Media Content Creator - Location Udaipur Department Marketing Creative Communication Reports to Marketing Head Founder About the Role We are looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to shape and amplify the brand voice of icconX across digital platforms The ideal candidate understands storytelling aesthetics and viral culture blending global youth energy with icconX s premium aspirational tone Key Responsibilities Create engaging and original content video photo reels stories captions aligned with the brand s visual identity and tone Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram YouTube X Facebook and other emerging platforms Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for campaign visuals and storytelling concepts Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize future content performance Stay ahead of social trends meme culture and viral moments to keep the brand relevant and relatable Shoot and edit short-form videos product showcases and behind-the-scenes clips basic camera and editing skills preferred Collaborate with influencers and community managers for content co-creation and amplification Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication touchpoints Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Mass Communication Visual Arts or related field 2-4 years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing for D2C lifestyle fashion brands Proficiency in video editing and creative tools CapCut Canva Adobe Premiere Photoshop etc Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a flair for storytelling Understanding of platform algorithms and analytics tools Instagram Insights YouTube Studio etc Key Attributes Creative thinker with a finger on the pulse of digital trends and youth culture Comfortable being on camera or directing others in content creation Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment High sense of aesthetics aligned with premium and minimalist design language Collaborative proactive and passionate about brand storytelling Bonus Skills Good to Have Experience with influencer collaborations and campaign rollouts Basic understanding of paid ad creatives and social media boosting Knowledge of fashion lifestyle content trends in India and globally Compensation Competitive salary performance-based incentives and creative growth opportunities Mail hr iccon world Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 11 397 46 - 29 748 66 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
